Refund Policy – AI Headshot Generator
Thank you for using our AI headshot generator service. We aim to deliver a great user experience with every order. However, due to the digital and instant nature of our product, all sales are considered final except in the limited situations outlined below
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: If our system fails to generate usable headshots due to a technical fault on our end. Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: AI-generated results are based on your input. We do not offer refunds for personal preferences or artistic subjectivity.
- Poor Photo Uploads: Refunds will not be granted if low-quality or incorrectly formatted photos are uploaded against our guidelines.
- User Error: Including incorrect uploads, email entry errors, or failure to follow instructions. Change of Mind: After the service has been rendered, refunds will not be issued for any reason related to changing your mind.
- Expired Refund Period: Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
- Third-Party Purchases: Refunds are not applicable to any third-party purchases, including lifetime licenses, deals, or coupon codes purchased through platforms such as AppSumo, StackSocial, or others. All such purchases are subject to the third party’s refund policy.
3. Subjective Concerns
- We understand that AI-generated results may not always meet expectations. In these cases, we may offer free redos or credit toward future use at our sole discretion, but a refund is not guaranteed
4. Refund Process
- Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Review Timeframe: Requests will be reviewed within 3 to 7 business days. Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
To maintain fairness:
- We reserve the right to deny refund or redo requests in cases of suspected abuse or excessive requests. We may limit redos or credits for users who misuse the service or attempt to exploit the policy.
6. Alternative Resolutions
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Free Redos: We’ll regenerate your headshots using revised inputs or guidelines. Service Credit: A discount or credit for future use.
